For the last 30 years, Okutan Engineering has successfully completed the mechanical system design of the leading university campuses in the country, including the celebrated Middle East Technical University first stage buildings (1960-1970) and Bilkent University buildings (1980-2000). The firm has also given technical consulting services to some of the largest education centers in Turkey and abroad, and has wide experience in campus heating, cooling, sanitary and fire systems that has to accommodate needs of multifunctional buildings centrally managed.
